The Woodbury facilities are divided between a male house and female house totaling a capacity of 16 Service Recipients with 4 semi-private bedrooms in each house. These homes are classified as Supported Housing (SH) and are specially designed and staffed to care for and support members requiring a high level of support due to an increase of mental health symptoms. Services that are provided but are not limited to 24 hour awake staff, transportation to and from appointments, Dietary Management, Financial counseling, Activities, Care Management, and on-site Nursing.
