MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Generations/Gaither's, facilities is committed to provide the highest degree of long-term and convalescent care through an effective and efficient continuum of preventive, rehabilitative and quality of life health care services.

OPERATIONAL PLAN

Generations/Gaither’s Inc. was formed in 1999. The formation of this organization came about thru a commitment for carrying on a health care ministry. The people involved in this organization are educated, motivated, and experienced in the management and marketing of health care facilities. Each has a firm philosophy based upon Christian Principles. It’s upon these philosophies that the following operational plan is submitted:

Generations/Gaither's, facilities are the sub-acute and long-term components of the organization. They are committed to continually develop the resources and structure to provide quality cost-effective health care services needed by the individuals, families and communities served.

This commitment follows the Christian principle to respond to the ministry of care to all mankind in the restorative and wholistic approach of health management to promote wellness of body, mind and spirit. From this philosophy come for (4) basic tenets that govern our mission and goals.

1. We believe each person is created in the image of God. Therefore, within the scope of our professional capabilities, we will serve people without regard to race, religion, sex, physical or mental condition.

2 We have an obligation to recognize medical-ethical issues from a Christian perspective and assist individuals and professionals in their resolution of them.

3. Our concern for whole persons and their families extends beyond the people we serve and includes our employees, volunteers and the community at large.

4. To successfully carry out the tenets of our Christian philosophy in ministering to individuals and society, we have a commitment to organize the direct our resources to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient health care services in an economically viable organization.

Generations/Gaither's facilities are dedicated to being the leader in health care services in every community in which it has a center. Thus, it seeks to carry out the mission it has set in this operating philosophy.
